Qualification:
- A bachelors degree in Communication with added discipline in Electronics or IT.
- Good knowledge on networking- CCNA or Equivalent certified courses would help.
- Understanding communication technologies - Ethernet, Fiber channel, VoIP, Wireless LAN, 2G/3G Mobile & SDH.
- Experience in supporting or presales support role in above technologies.
- Experience 0- 5 years
Role :
Support networking products with indepth understanding the usage and supporting customers technically.
Meet customers and provide technical support to networking products in Ethernet/Wireless LAN, VoIP, Switches, NGN, IT network monitoring.
Added responsibility includes providing technical presentations and present to customers.
Willing to travel extensively throughout india on supporting role.
Presales support understanding the requirement and suggesting best solutions
IT Support Analyst (Voice) Windows Support (Internal Helpdesk) - BLR (25 positions)
Qualification:
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral, and must be able to communicate between technical and non-technical people within the Company.
- Good Technical Knowledge Should be a graduate or a Diploma or a BE Should have knowledge of Windows XP, LAN & Applications (MS-Office, Antivirus & etc...)
- Prefer candidates experienced in International call centre Should have handled incoming Voice calls from Europe / US etc Analyze the request. Provide first level VOICE support on Desktops, Peripherals, Servers etc. Troubleshooting Applications and systems. Log all the calls / tickets on the internal ticketing system as per process Assign Tickets to respective work groups. Escalate as per Process.
Job Skills Required :
Should have experience in remote (Voice based) troubleshooting on the following:
- Administering Desktops, Laptops, Servers and Peripherals. First level troubleshooting on Office Applications, Operating System etc. Specialized skills on the usage of MS Office 2003 and above.
Should have in depth troubleshooting knowledge on Microsoft OS (XP and higher).
Should have experience in troubleshooting and configuring mail clients (Outlook, Netscape, etc)
Should have experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting remote access, Wireless, VPN and dialup.
Should have experience in configuring and troubleshooting network printers.
Should have experience on Active Directory ID administration.
Experience / knowledge in usage and troubleshooting PDA and handheld devices (Blackberry and Goodlink)
Professional Skills and Competencies Good communication skills in English with neutralized accent.
Should display mastery over written and oral English communication.
Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
